PART-TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

(15 hrs. week)

Office Administrator (Part-Time)

 

Location:                  Camelon, Falkirk (with occasional travel)

Hours:                      15 hours per week, worked flexibly

Salary:                      Competitive charity salary depending on experience

Accountable to:       Head of Operations

ABOUT CONNECT2

Connect2 is a Christian charity working across Forth Valley and beyond, helping men and women overcome life-controlling issues and discover hope, purpose, and belonging.

 

ROLE SUMMARY

You will help ensure our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently, supporting the Head of Operations and acting as a warm first point of contact.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide administrative support to Head of Operations

• Handle phone calls, emails, correspondence and enquiries

• Support donation logging and Gift Aid administration

• Maintain CRM system (training provided)

• Assist with newsletters, board papers and fundraising materials

• Coordinate meetings, training and events

• Maintain filing systems, GDPR and safeguarding compliance

• Assist with social media and website updates

• Keep the office organised and welcoming

 

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Essential:

• Living Christian faith aligned with Connect2 values

• Administrative experience

• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office 365)

• Excellent communication skills

• Organised, proactive, people-focused, able to work independently

 

Desirable:

• CRM experience

• Basic social media/website skills

• Understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding & GDPR

• Experience supporting volunteers or community events
