Chairman of the Board

Ian is married to Sandra, with two married daughters and five grandchildren. Saved at age six, he has served in church leadership since his teens—worship leading, youth pastoring, and 23 years of pastoral ministry across Inverclyde, Ayrshire, Caithness, and Falkirk. Alongside over 30 years in voluntary-sector management, Ian has focused on three aims: preaching with excellence, discipling God’s people, and sharing his faith in everyday life.

David has volunteered with Teen Challenge Strathclyde (TCS) for fifteen years and was on the board for five years. He has had many years involvement in various leadership roles both within church and social care and is currently working full time with Connect2.

Margaret MacDonald

Outreach Volunteer, Bo'ness

Margaret, a retired head school teacher with years of experience in the community, is a dedicated Associate Pastor at Riverview Church (formerly Bo'ness Apostolic Church). She has been a long-time member of the church, serving in many roles. Her strong commitment also extends to the Bo'ness community, where she is actively involved in outreach and support work, showing her dedication and service to Bo'ness

Stephen Melvin was a sales director for 35 years. After retiring, he became a trustee and Men's Coordinator for Connect 2. Stephen has a long-standing working relationship with Teen Challenge and serves as a trustee on the board of The Haven Kilmacolm.

Outreach Volunteer, Stirling

Robbie Cullens is a husband, dad and grandfather who has long been involved in church and community life across Stirling and the Hillfoots. He’s passionate about walking alongside people with kindness, consistency and hope, and has volunteered in youth work, ESOL support and street outreach. After losing his eldest son, Douglas, to addiction in 2022, Robbie’s commitment to Connect2 is deeply personal. He serves as a trustee to help others find support and a way forward.
